Very pleased with the kit. The video is very clear and detailed. It goes a little slow for me, but must be good for inexperienced crocheters. I finished the cente on Monday evening - looking foward to starting the leaves on Tuesday. However, on Tuesday morning I slipped on ice and broke my wrist, so finishing the piece will have to wait a while.

It was a little bit hard to understand the pattern. I ran out of yarn for the blanket. I’m not sure if I made a mistake or just didn’t have enough of the white yarn. I’m hoping I have enough of the green yarn to finish the leaves and red for the roses

I love doing them but it does take longer than the time stated, unless you are sitting there all day and you are still learning like me.

Beautifully boxed, however I was disappointed that this project didn't have a left handed video. So as a beginner I'm needing to learn the stitches from scratch and learn how to follow a diagram pattern. Once I've done this, I'll try again. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend this kit for left-handed beginners.

Email sent 8th Feb: Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to let you know that my recent order arrived in poor condition. The outer delivery bag was not properly sealed, and when it arrived it had come open during transit. Inside, the parcel was torn and the product box was damaged. This was particularly disappointing as the box and packaging were clearly designed to be quite beautiful, but they had unfortunately been ripped open inside the delivery bag. Hope that this feedback assists you with future orders. Reply did not relate to email content - was a generic reply listing a tutorial code. Translation error and/or poor customer acknowledgement.
Was a gift. Beautifully presented but would have been much improved with printed or printable instructions rather than a You Tube tutorial and QR code which not everyone can access.
